Why is the BBC suddenly so particular about ads, few Israel sympathizers would begrudge?
It looks more like a showcase effort, something to flourish as evidence of the BEEB’s exquisite neutrality – the next time they are identified as a vehicle for Palestinian propaganda.
Until the BBC demonstrates a sustained capacity to treat Israel fairly, little pirouettes like this ad brouhaha merely suggest cynicism, or spleen.
