Today the official account for the United Nations made a hilarious and telling error in advance of the UN General Assembly vote on granting Palestinians non-member state observer status. The account, which has over a million followers, tweeted at 11 a.m.:

The tweet stayed online for more than 30 minutes, followed by a correction stressing a two-state solution. The social media manager for the UN, Nancy Groves, explained to Twitter users, “Sorry all — terrible typo on my part and then went into a telephone conference call before catching it.” And: “Wish I had caught it sooner.”
The Blaze called it the typo that has the “Palestinians furious.” Given the overwhelming vote in the UNGA today for Palestinian statehood (138 for, 9 against and 41 abstentions), if any group should be certain about being the one state left standing, it’s the Palestinians, not the Israelis.

And I've seen that Abbas referred to a "final solution." n nNo reason for Israel to be nervous.
Why doesn't she comment on why the UN does not have a day of solidarity with Israel?
Maybe it should read 4-state solution. n nThey've got Jordan, that's one, although there is this supposed "king" thing squatting and putting on airs there. The second "miracle," Gaza, which they turned into the anus mundi overnight, was given to them by Israel and went promptly Islamist. And now, for a third state, the UN wants to give them Judea and Samaria, the historic Jewish heartland. Then the Arabs will need to throw out the millions of UNRWA-fed mendicants claiming to be "Palestinian refugees" to swamp what would be left of Israel, which would then become the 4th state.
Because in addition to Gaza (1), the Fatah-administered areas of Judea and Samaria (2) and Jordan (3), you also have Lebanon (4) and Syria (5). With Israel, that comes to at least 6.
I do not think the Jew haters will prevail in the 21st century
There are still some 87 years to go, so maybe you’re correct, but so far it seems as if the Jew haters are only just getting started, and they will have to be stopped pretty soon or before this century is out there will be another attempt at wiping out the Jews.
That would be because, having a gun, they don't get killed by the intruder. But thanks for making the point and handily refuting the argument that you, nevertheless, continue to make. n nWe have and cherish and defend our right to bear arms because it is our right to defend ourselves, and not be victims like these defenseless schoolchildren and their heroic teachers. If it were your wife or child killed in this tragedy, perhaps you would feel differently. How differently it might have turned out if someone sane in that building were armed.
