“Arms Control”
To the Editor:
I was very much impressed and heartened by the article “The Strategy of Deterrence—A Dissenting Statement” by H. Stuart Hughes that appeared in your March issue. This article, because it effectively makes the point that “arms control” is not disarmament, should be given the widest possible circulation.
