<description>And how do you propose the PA achieving a monopoly on the legitimate use of violence under Israeli occupation? Not only do the Israelis have final say in all issues relating to security, as we had seen when equipment was prevented from reaching Palestinian security forces but it also controls everything else that a state is responsible for. Simple stuff such as the Palestinian ID card is written in Hebrew which proves who is in charge.
