The more damage Senator Clinton does to herself, Senator Obama and their treasonous party, the better. Americans need to wake up and realize these phonies are not in it to help people, rich or poor. Not American people, anyway. They're giving plenty of aid and comfort to America's enemies.

Here's my question. If I (falsely) claim that at one time I bombed Israelis in the street, but now have seen the light of "democratic" elections, while still guarding my right to lethally pester Israelis -- will the US government send me $150m?

Will it help if there is video footage of me obviously NOT bombing Israelis?

Just wondering.

I have no idea if she's going to win or lose the nomination. If the Dems won't get with my Oprah program, maybe the superdelegates should start flirting with Al Gore. Are they absolutely obliged to vote for either Hill or Barry, and don't you suppose desperate Dems would accept a third-choice way out of their misery?

What do we say about the intelligence of a woman who does not realize that photo-ops generate photos?

What do we say about an electorate that has already voted so many three dollar bills into office?

Well, Maureen Dowd has answered your question and addressed everyone's subliminal thought games. Hillary wants to win, and if she can't she would be happy to destroy the Democratic Party. This sounds just about right to me, and why not? The Democratic Party, as it currently stands, is eminently worth destroying. Sometimes you need to destroy the village in order to rebuild it later.

Hillary is helping to sully Obama's phony persona of being a conciliator and bridge between the races, etc, which goes completely against his behavior of 20 years - supporting hate-mongering, racist speech and inculcating these views into a new generation that doesn't even remember Jim Crow. Even with her doing so, he may win the nomination but will lose the General election by a large margin, assuming a competent campaign by McCain. If this election loss is large enough, with major defections by Hillary voters to McCain, it might break the back of the Democratic Party. Paul Krugman, who is a Princeton Professor and therefore must understand most things, said so himself several months ago.

A humiliating Obama loss in a year when the Democratics were almost guaranteed to win, would destroy the authority of the democratic wing of the Democratic Party (Howard Dean et al), the Dinosaur Wing of the DP (Kennedy et al ) and the Demented Wing of the DP (Rev. Wright and his fellow travelers).

What could be more salutary for the future health of the reconstructed Democratic Party?
